I provide effective outpatient psychotherapy, tailored for each person, couple or family I work with. Experienced in treating a wide range of mental health disorders, I provide a safe and creative space for clients to cope and thrive.
My focus, using tailored therapy, is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths, while learning new ways of adapting to and transcending life's challenges.
I'll be there for you each step of your journey. My goal, as a psychotherapist, is to help you grow, transcend your struggles, heal from your suffering, and move forward to where you really want to be in your life.
I have more than thirty years of experience working in private practice and in agency settings with a full range of challenging psychological and behavioral conditions. Trained in family, couples, group and individual therapy, my work draws on gestalt, humanistic, family systems and cognitive behavioral approaches. Addiction is also an area of expertise. At the heart of the work, though, is the therapeutic relationship with the client, based on trust, and on collaboration where the client and I form a tailor-made plan for their success in treatment.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are three of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience at various times of our lives. Through counseling and therapy, I will help you discover ways to surmount these emotions, and find joy and fulfillment.
Many of us experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic events. Fear and hopelessness can linger as post traumatic stress. I will help you, in therapy, overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Do you want better relationships? Therapy sessions with you as an individual, or with you as part of the couple, family or team at work will explore conflicts, and solutions to improve how you relate to others. I will also help you be more supportive and empathic with yourself!
